Dr. Heather Stein is a native of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She attended the University of Louisville, completing her pre-dental studies before entering the dental program and graduating with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1997.
She served nine years in the United States Navy. During that time, she continued her education at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland, earning a Periodontics Residency Certificate in 2003 along with a Master of Health Sciences from The George Washington University.
She and her husband reside in Bardstown, Kentucky and have two adult children.
A Board-Certified Periodontist, Dr. Stein is grateful for the opportunities her career has provided and remains dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered periodontal care.
